1. Overview

3. Response to DMCA Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, TVMate will:
Review the claim promptly
Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content if necessary
Notify the content uploader about the removal
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:
Your contact information
A description of the removed content and its location before removal
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification
Your electronic or physical signature
TVMate will forward the counter-notification to the party who submitted the original DMCA claim and may restore the content if no legal action is taken within the required time frame.
5. Repeat Infringers
TVMate reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are found to repeatedly infringe copyright laws.
